Job Description:
The Support Specialist role is to answer questions from our customers and help them troubleshoot problems. This will include helping with problems that relate to the data, software install, tax filing assistance, and questions on how to use the software.
Oil and Gas Industry experience is a plus. Knowledge/familiarity with Fuel taxes a plus. The candidate must also demonstrate excellent communications skills (written and oral) as well as experience working in a dynamic team environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Provide technical solutions related to software on a variety of issues to end users
Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and deadlines
Ability to identify, research and evaluate technical problems in a timely fashion
Ability to analyze issues and escalate urgent problems to the development team lead
Ability and willingness to learn
Minimum Qualifications, Education Requirements:
Associates degree in a related field required
Familiarity with Access, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office
Documentation skills are a plus
Strong work ethic & people skills
