Support Specialist Visually
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Visually is in search of a new member to join our Marketplace Support Team. You?ll work with the entire Visually network to delight our Marketplace user with killer support and rad energy. This is the job for you if you are a builder, can balance proactivity with reactivity, and like to solve.
This position is full-time and would be remote, offering support during Central and/or Eastern time zones.
Providing support to all customers by email and/or phone.
Developing resources to help our users.
Building support for new products.
Tracking customer satisfaction on our platform.
Helping the team scale as we continue to grow.

3+ years experience in a forward facing role.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You love working independently with little direction.
You have a total passion for ensuring a good user experience.
