Responsibilities
Handle support queries for clients (via phone or email)
Diagnosis of client issues (within UI and database)
Troubleshoot in a web based environment with relevant tools.
Search for solution and information on your own.
Replicate reported issues.
Appropriate escalation of issues to next level with proper hand over
Retain excellent product knowledge across all product areas.
Up to date with any changes within the product.
Provide and assess work-a-rounds.
Train clients to effectively use the CSB system
Understand user requirements and match with CSB system functionality
Support client throughout the implementation phase from build, framework, training to launch
Follow standard support response timeframes and resolution time.
Communicate with clients in a clear, friendly and timely fashion
Required Skills and Experience
Advanced experience with MS Excel
Internet application experience.
Clear, organized communicator
Caring attitude toward client issues
Problem solving skills
MySQL experience
SVN
Webinar tools (eg Webex, GotoMeeting)
Social media (Facebook, Twitter)
Test methodologies
Customer care background
Have an understanding of HR Practices, People management practices
