JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to Director of Sustaining Engineering Asia, this position will be responsible for packing design and documentation of all Bridgelux packaging products. This position is located in Livermore, CA.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage introduction of new packing materials, packing designs and packing processes to volume manufacturing
• Create a specification for each packaging material; put it into Agile
• Reference the specification to create Bridgelux part numbers
• Create Packing Process Procedures; include each packing material and part number in the documents
• Work closely with document control, marketing and NPI to release new packaging design, procedures, and specs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Advanced degree in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years industry experience, LED industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with manufacturing semiconductor packing design
• Positive inter-personal skills necessary to support cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project management skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with a positive attitude.
