About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team and support our Customer Care Center (C3)
As the Systems Administrator you will be responsible for monitoring alert triage and remediation, completing and routing work requests, maintaining and tracking incident and problem management activities as well as various network, storage and system administration tasks, and troubleshooting technical issues as required.
The C3 monitors and maintains our client?s hosted Cloud environment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year from multiple geographic locations. The goal of the team, and overall support organization is to build strong client relationships and deliver total client satisfaction through world-class support.
What we will expect you to do:
Monitor the network management system
Report problems to carriers
Troubleshoot client issues
Review and create documentation
Manage trouble tickets and escalate issues when appropriate
Work with engineers to resolve issues and alerts
Generate periodic reports on network activity.

Key abilities required:
Expertise in one or more operations systems (Windows, Unix, etc.)
Expertise in at least one application (Weblogic, Apache, Oracle, SQL, Cold Fusion, Tomcat, Veritas, Cisco, etc.)
Non-negotiable for us:
High School Diploma Required
College Education and Technical Certification or equivalent work experience preferred
Able and willing to work weekends and holidays as required
