With our cloud-based Swarm Energy Management system, customers gain visibility into the electricity usage within their portfolio of assets and are able to perform complex analytics and to visualize the results. The ultimate goal is to provide our customers with substantial monetary savings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and maintain SBS, Windows Server, MS-SQL Server
Develop, maintain and execute a Corporate-wide Disaster Recovery Plan and design and implement best practices for security and backup
Develop roll-out strategies for new technologies to be used internally
Develop and implement roll-out strategies for applications used by REGEN
Enhance security across all facets of IT systems
Work with the software development team to turn the designs into reality
Oversee the development of hardware/software/facilities recommendations and the purchase of servers, hardware and network equipment
Create and maintain system documentation
Manage hosted environment including assurance of security compliance
Develop, implement and execute vulnerability tests on both external and internal REGEN systems
Modify, administer and support various SharePoint web sites
Provide after-hours emergency support as and when needed
QUALIFICATIONS
A diploma or degree in Computer Technology/Systems Administration
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Minimum of 2 years? experience
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to plan and deliver projects with little supervision or direction
Exceptional knowledge of IT security and best practices
Strong knowledge of networking including support of network hardware and software
Exceptional knowledge of SBS, MS Windows and MS SQL-Server
Fully versed in all Microsoft Business productivity software
Ability to manage many concurrent tasks
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to follow through on commitments
