Qualifications:Overture Networks is recruiting for System Test Engineers with the following qualifications:

- Experience in testing networking technologies, telecommunications, and layer 2 switches

- Experience working with both automated and manual test cases

- Strong understanding of Ethernet and related protocols

- Exhibit thorough understanding of testing principles

- Fundamental understanding of both SONET and TDM

- A BS degree with 3+ years or an Associates with 5+ years

The following skills are preferred:

- Develop automated scripts and test frameworks

- Network applications, including Layer 3 routing

- Experience with PERL, tcl, MySQL and web-based User Interface development and Object-Oriented development is preferred
