You will be joining a strong, established and dynamic team, with a primary focus on maintaining and supporting the daily operational needs of our corporate systems and infrastructure. This position provides extreme challenges and will allow the right candidate to gain hands on experience in projects that involve production monitoring, design, and scalability.Responsibilities:
Manage servers (Linux ? Ubuntu, Centos), backups, web servers (Apache), database(mysql)
Onsite hardware/software support (Macs, Windows, Linux, Phone Systems)
Manage and maintain/evolve code repository (git) and release process (Capistrano)
Some scripting (Shell, Perl, Python or Java)
Rotating production on-call shift of 24x7 support
Assist ops lead with NetApp and IBM Blade system management tasks
Maintaining internal user profiles, asset allocation, inventory, and related records
Systems administration (DNS,NFS,SMTP, SNMP, TCP/IP,Linux)
Management infrastructure tools (Nagios, Cacti, Puppet, Snort, LDAP etc)
Requirements:
Infrastructure Security, ModSecurity experience
2+ years of hands-on NetApp SysAdmin
Experience with Load Balancers
Experience with Cisco Switches
Experience Supporting PHP and/or MariaDB 5.5
Indirectly building reliable & robust server structures
Network Design and implementation
Can learn fast, and takes no prisoners.
Intensely driven and proactive, comfortable with the chaos of a small team environment.
Experience with Mysql database implementation, tuning and capacity planning is a Plus
Extremely hard working and detail oriented.
