The Systems Administrator (SA) reports to the Manager of SaaS Solutions and is responsible for the management of Streamline Health information systems. The primary role of the SA is to protect customer data, corporate assets, and ensure high availability of the Software as a Service (SaaS) Enterprise Data Center. This multi-faceted position employs the skills of the associate to design, implement, maintain, and support a variety of systems. The SA also shares an on-call rotation with other administrators. The position is located at the Streamline Health Atlanta, Georgia office. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30AM ? 5PM, however evening and weekend work is expected.
Information Systems administration.
Network, firewall, and NAS/SAN administration.
Ensure SaaS and corporate technical and procedural compliance.
Second-level technical support for the SaaS operations staff.
Training of operations team.
Perform server builds, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
Support for SaaS customers.
Associates Degree and at least four years of practical Information Systems experience.
Experience working with Cisco router and switching technology.
Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Server Operation Systems.
Demonstrable knowledge of network and firewall information systems.
Ability to be on-call 24 x 7.
Excellent interdepartmental communication skills.
Availability to travel 5% of the time.
Must be located within 1 hour of Atlanta, Georgia (Midtown).
Experience with Cisco Nexus technology (CCNA).
Familiarity with Citrix technologies ( Xenapp).
Understanding of load balance technologies.
Knowledge of enterprise storage technologies.
Familiarity with enterprise Data Center environments.
Experience with enterprise Data Center operations.
Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
