The overall responsibility includes remotely assisting the day-to-day operation of multiple data centers; consisting of multiple LAN servers in each location. Required/Preferred Qualifications:
Perform related support duties on a relief basis
Assist in answering Help Desk calls; providing 1st tier troubleshooting
Report/Escalate incidents to more senior personnel as appropriate
Installing and configuring system hardware and software, upgrading/patching software, performing backup and recovery tasks
Monitor environments, and server stability, using a combination of HP Insight Manager (HPSIM) and SolarWinds
Investigate system malfunctions
Perform data restores from backups
Perform system audits
Maintain spare parts inventory
Maintain logs of work performed
Moderate travel to Data Center(s) required
