Cleveland HeartLab, Inc. is a rapidly growing specialty clinical laboratory and disease management company focused on biomarker technologies. We are located in the Midtown Corridor and are
searching for a Systems Analyst in our IT department.
The primary responsibilities of the Systems Analyst will be to install, configure, maintain and support
computerized laboratory specialty equipment and end-user computer hardware, software, peripheral
devices, and other technology products. They will create, change and delete user accounts per
request; provide training and support to end-users; and will be a liaison between end-users, vendors
and management regarding computer systems requirements and best practices.
The successful candidate will have an Associate?s Degree in the field of computer science with 3 or
more years of experience working as a computer/network technician or related position. They will
have comprehensive hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting skills with the ability to
resolve complex problems based on documentation, training or resources. Technical knowledge of
computer and network equipment as well as Windows operating systems and MS Office applications
are required.
