11.Utilize the stake holder test cases in assisting Quality Assurance in preparation of
validation.

13.Maintain confidentiality with regard to systems software being developed or
utilized.

Position Specifications
Required
? Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Technology-related field
? Three or more years of experience in an analyst role
? Experience with standard software development project management processes
(SDLC)
? Extensive skill with MS Office Products and Visio
? Ability to work across the organization
? Comfort in working with technical teams to close the gap between user and
development needs
? Good data gathering and analysis skills
? Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
? Ability to think creatively, takes initiative, and work independently
Preferred
? Business analyst with a development background
? Computer systems validation experience

Working Conditions
Employee will be working in an area with potentially infectious materials. Employee will
be responsible for maintaining a clean work environment and enforce and follow
universal precautions for blood borne pathogens when working in an area considered to
be potentially contaminated.
On-call availability will be required, and some travel, including international travel, may
be required.
