The Systems/Database Engineer responsible for installation, upgrade, and management of client Netsmart application environments around the country and within our cloud environments. This position will also work with Linux, AIX, Solaris, and Windows based environments, implementing and troubleshooting multi-tier enterprise database application environments. The Cloud Engineer will also be responsible for creation and addition of documentation to our wiki knowledge base. The ideal System/Database Engineer candidate is an experienced administrator/engineer with various OS and database platforms, with extensive troubleshooting experience, who understands the rigorous demands of 24x7x365 real-time online production environments.
Responsibilities:
· Implementation of enterprise database environments for customers
· Administer multi-site Linux/UNIX and Windows based database environments
· Work with enterprise database systems
· Supporting and maintaining web and application server environments
· Designing, implementing and troubleshooting multi-tier software services
Providing technical support for client issues
