The environment is dynamic with focus on creative thinking and usage of open source to solve complex problems and business needs.Requirements:
-Min 3 years of experience as a Linux Administrator with emphasis on configuring and building Linus systems and clusters
-Working knowledge of CentOS, Apache,Jboss,MySQL/Postgres, PHP, and scripting basics.
-Must be familiar working with and installing open source tools on Linux
-Ability to review, recommend and customize Linux systems to the most optimal and efficient configurations.
-Excellent knowledge of Internet technologies including: TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP,SSH, and DNS.
-Participation in 24x7 on call rotation
-Ability to comprehend, diagnose and analyze problems of a complex nature quickly,make judgment decisions and recommendations as to their solutions.
-Ability to clearly communicate ideas and technical decisions
-Ability to independently set tasks and complete work with limited direction.
-Bachelors degree or equivalent
-A plus to have NoSQL tech such as memcache,MongoDB Voldermort,etc.
