Systems Engineer ClearEdge Power
The candidate will be responsible for fuel cell sysem development efforts in CleaEdge Power's stationary distributed generation applications.
Typical tasks include project management, requirements management, cost assessment, concept design, conducting trade studies, general systems analysis, failure mode analysis (FMA), defining control strategies, developing test plans, applying test plans, analyzing test data and writing test reports.
Involvement will be required in the entire product life cycle, from initial concept to field support.
4+ years in technical role, with emphasis on electrical, mechanical/chemical system and verification testing.
Knowledge of systems engineering principles
Requirements management experience
Design to cost manufacturability and reliability
Process thinking acumen
Experience with electromechanical hardware (inverters, drives, pumps, valves, instrumentation and controllers)
Experience in an Integrated Development environment.
Familiarity with MatLab/SImulink
Familiarity with chemical process modeling package
Candidate must have either a BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a similar discipline. Candidates with an advanced degree are preferred. Entry level candidates will be considered.
