Job Description:
Requires BS in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent plus 5-8 years SE field experience in data center operations, broad experiences in systems, storage, and networking, configuring complex SANs and performing technical presentations to industry professionals.
In depth fibre channel diagnostic abilities, TCPIP networking knowledge, understanding of data center disaster recovery and high availability/backup solutions.
Sound knowledge of OEM/Partner hardware and software and confident presentation in front of OEM/End User customer being able to handle basic objections.
Strong Understanding of data center system sales cycle. Ability to build trusted relationships with partners, end users.
Responsibilities:
Communicate and demonstrate Xsigos solutions to customer base
Assist with the design of datacenter virtualization topology for customer installations
Educate partners on benefits of Utility computing and datacenter virtualization
Present features and functionality of Xsigos product set to partners
Build relationships with partners tech team and provide regular technical updates
Ensure partner's "champions" are technically astute and Xsigo Certified
Provide support at marketing events and seminars
Develop and manage relationships with OEM and End User teams
Lead Bid Support Solution design approver
Provide full marketing event support.
Requirements:
Independent, self motivated individual with high drive.
5-10 years of technology experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Above average relationship building ability.
Strong competitive, work ethic, with a willingness to "do what it takes" to succeed.
Proven ability to deliver under pressure and within deadlines.
Desire to work with a well-funded start up in a highly visible position that offers a great opportunity for advancement.
