Position Description:
Located in Salt Lake City, Utah, this position will be responsible for the development of next generation customer interaction applications for large-scale contact centers. You will work with leading edge cloud computing technologies and create robust and high-performance software. The work is inspiring, innovative and fast paced. As a key team player you will work closely with other departments and participate in system design and architecture reviews.
Requirements:
BSCS or equivalent and three or more years of programming experience and systems analysis
Prior experience in development environments such as C#, C, and C++
Prior experience in technologies such as client/server, RDBMS, object-oriented development and distributed object development
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work well within a team
Responsibilities:
Full lifecycle application development includes:
Designing, coding and debugging applications in C#, C and C++
Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis
Object-oriented design and analysis
Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation
Support, maintain and document software functionality
Integrate software with existing systems
