This is an exciting and rewarding position in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment within the digital color graphic printing industry located in Mt. Pleasant, SC. We are looking for an ambitious Systems Support Analyst whom we can offer an excellent career path along with a competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience. The position will report to the IT Manager.
Responsibilities Include:
Fully responsible for the IT Helpdesk lifecycle, from the initial inquiry to resolution.
Documents & updates installation, configuration, deployment & maintenance procedures.
Organizes, schedules, and prioritizes workload by using the IT Helpdesk system.
Manages and Installs network monitoring agents on Windows and OSX.
Installs, troubleshoots and repairs computer hardware and software.
Trains new hires on the proper use of available systems and services.
Maintains hardware and software license inventories to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assists with administration of server systems, backup & monitoring system availability.
Manages equipment maintenance (routine cleaning, service checks, software updates and patches).
Tracks & decommissions obsolete hardware. Identifies problem equipment & maintains demand replacement stock.
Maintains and reviews Wireless Network and Wireless Logs.
Other tasks as assigned by Management to improve administration of the IT infrastructure.
Experience and Skills:
Minimum two years experience with application software, hardware installation, upgrades, and repairs.
Operating System Experience: Microsoft Windows, Apple OSX, IOS, ANDROID
Software Experience: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite, Corel
Ability to analyze and solve problems in a constantly changing environment utilizing various sources.
Must be versatile yet persistent in solving technical issues under pressure, until the job is done.
Strong inter-personal skills and ability to deal effectively with people at all professional levels.
Must be available during non-business hours in case of emergency or maintenance.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
MCP, MCSE or A+ certification a plus.
Ability to lift 30-50 pounds (printers, furniture, servers, etc).
