Systems Support Engineer All Web Leads
As a Systems Support Engineer at All Web Leads, you will be responsible for facilitating the daily needs of the business by ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our infrastructure, software, and associated systems. You?ll be part of a highly agile Development/Operations team and will be exposed to a variety of challenges and opportunities, including opportunities in Virtualization and Cloud Computing technologies. For a Platform Operations Engineer to be successful one must apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues within a complex ecosystem of data analytics.

Responsibilities:
Provide installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure
Perform daily system monitoring, assist in problem root cause determination
Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required
Implement automated approaches for system administration tasks
Manage distributed infrastructure across multiple datacenters on a highly virtualized stack running VMWare Enterprise
Troubleshooting of Windows OS, IIS, SQL, Linux, Apache, PHP and other applications
Provide 24x7 support by participating in an on-call rotation
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a systems administrator, network administrator, or application developer
Bachelor?s degree in Information Science, Engineering, or Computer Science.
Experience administering Windows and/or Linux Systems
Experience setting up webservers (IIS or Apache) and working with application-tier infrastructure
Networking knowledge: Production and non-production networks, network design, network troubleshooting
Experience with scripting and/or writing code in at least one object-oriented language
Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills
A never give up attitude and a desire to dig in deeper when investigating a problem
Additional Desired Skills / Education:
Experience managing and working with Virtual Servers using VMware or under Amazon?s Web Services Platform
Experience with Dell and/or Cisco switches and associated configuration
Experience with Direct Attached Storage configurations, installation, and support
Experience with load balancing technologies ? Cisco ACE, Citrix Netscaler, F5, etc
Experience with Nagios, Cacti, or other production monitoring tool
Development experience with PHP and associated LAMP systems
Basic knowledge of relational databases: MySQL, MSSQL, or Oracle
