Systems Test Engineers

Develop and execute software test plans for various network security company projects and products.
Duties include: Designing test beds to recreate the customer environment and how the product is used in the field.
Work with Sales Engineers to understand how customers are using product and design test beds that cover a wide array of sustaining functions.
Perform hands-on configuration of a wide array of networking equipment to create and observe the system as a whole.
Test network security products including firewalls and intrusion prevention products.

Requirements

Master's or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
Two years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Software QA Engineer, or related occupation.
Experience in networking â€" Layers 2 through 7.
Web-VPN and Firewall Services Module Services blades on Cat6k platform.
Validating third party test tools.
Developing and executing test plans on WiMAX products (ASN Gateway, Home Agent, Total Wireless Core).
Networking protocols.
