Position Summary:
The Trainer will tailor training materials for the specific MegaPath Business Systems and then conduct instructor led training classes across a broad range of subjects to prepare site personnel for the processes and software. Training will be conducted in the local area as well as remote webinar formats. The Trainer will be trained on the processes and software by the Director of Corporate Process and Program Management. The Trainer will also perform on-going training needs for re-education and new personnel on boarding.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES in order of importance. Other duties may be assigned.
? Train end users, chiefly in instructor led training sessions where they will be speaking in front of a group
? Tailor training materials for the specific locations of the audience.
? Assist in the planning and execution of training logistics (such as facilities, hard copy material preparation and course registration)
? Participate in testing activities
? Develop competence in training for all training courses
? Determine with the Director of Process and Program Management SWIS areas of concern and address for testing
? Participate in monitoring and resolution of Systems Support queue
Job Requirements :
COMPETENCIES
? Functional area specific knowledge of the various systems and how they are used to support the processes through the business
? Extensive knowledge of their current processes and systems, in order to contrast legacy with the new when appropriate
? Strong people skills, ability to work under pressure
? Proficiency in using web training aids, computers and a variety of multimedia training aids
? Comfortable speaking in front of a group
? Strong communication skills
? Experience interacting with a variety of adult learners ? professional, skilled and hourly labor
