The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where they are driven by results. If you were working for us, here are some of the things you would have done last week as a member of our team:
? Partnered with Hiring Managers and the global Human Capital team to determine hiring needs and created job descriptions based off of those needs
? Proactively sourced quality candidates through a variety of channels for positions that ranged from non-technical to alpha geeks
? Established a predictable talent pipeline through direct sourcing efforts and/or relationship building, social media and employment branding
? Interviewed candidates via phone, in person, and Skype
? Created innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for the company
? Attended career fairs and other recruitment events in an effort to increase brand awareness
? Measured, analyzed, and reported on the effectiveness of all recruitment activities
? Assisted with HR Generalist activities on an as needed basis
You will be the person who has:
? Bachelor?s Degree relevant to position
? At least three years of recruiting experience
? Knowledge of diverse sourcing strategies /tools, including internet sourcing and social media such as LinkedIn, facebook, twitter, others
? Demonstrated success in placement of quality candidates in permanent positions
? Advanced business acumen, negotiation and decision making skills
? Passion for HR, people and technology
? Experience or desire to be part of a global team
? Excellent interpersonal skills, quick learner
? Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
? Down-to-earth, creative, driven and friendly personality
