We are currently seeking a high energy, detail orientated individual to join our growing recruitment team! The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting all internal functions executed by the Talent Acquisition team in an effort to streamline all aspects of recruitment workflow and processes. This includes working closely with our candidates, providing a positive and interactive candidate experience through consistent process management, timely communications, and attention to detail. This position also supports the needs of hiring managers, executive management team and external partners as it relates to recruitment processes and candidate engagement. This position requires a high level of initiative, creativity, attention to detail, project management skills, and interpersonal communication across multiple departments. The position requires strong team work, collaboration and influencing skills in partnering with business units for projects and initiatives.
Assist in the development of job requisitions and position postings.
Assist in developing tools/strategies to source candidates and continuously research alternative recruiting methods. Assist in the creation of forms and letters to enhance processes and the candidate experience.
Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate phone/travel/video logistics accordingly. Ensure a seamless and positive process for all involved (recruiter/candidate/hiring manager).
Maintain all Organization Development systems, databases, and tracking
Maintain employee files, database (e.g. vacation, benefits, anniversaries, etc.)
Ensures best practice administrative and legal aspects of applicant tracking, recruiting, selection, and onboarding.
Generates and maintains the new hire paperwork and works with new employee to ensure accuracy and compliance.
1-2 years coordinator/administrative experience in a fast paced office environment. Specialization in talent acquisition/recruitment a plus.
Applicants with advertising-related experience looking to move into HR/Talent Acquisition will be considered.
Ability to consistently and positively contribute to a strategic, changing work environment while prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time efficiently.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong internet-research skills, social networking savvy
