Talent Acquisition Manager
You will be responsible for full service recruitment up to onboarding and including contractor services. This is a unique person who can handle the paperwork but they will also manage applicant flow in an effort to minimize recruitment costs through their recruiting talent.
Recruiting ? Requisition and job description creation, SOX/OFCCP Guidelines, job posting/sourcing, competitor agreements, initial interview, offer negotiations, reference checking and onboarding.
Maintaining recruitment process through online applicant tracking system (Openhire); including interview scheduling, applicant tracking, EEO data capture and documentation of feedback.
During times of high volume recruitment, organized open houses to interview and screen out large numbers of applicants to expedite the screening process.
Develop College Recruiting program focused on regenerating new talent in the engineering teams.
Work with managers to categorize new job descriptions and determine salary guidelines and ranges.
Develop reports out of ATS/Openhire for monthly headcount reporting and requisition status.
Administer oDesk contractor process
Negotiating contracts with job boards and applicant tracking systems vendors
Train new managers on recruiting best practices
2-5 years technical recruiting experience, nationwide experience highly preferred
Sourcing outside of general posting, including Linked In experience
Previous agency experience is highly desired
Experience with job board and Linked In search and contract negotiation
Experience with Openhire or equivalent ATS
College recruiting experience desired
Customer Service skills
Previous oDesk recruitment
