Accolade has experienced explosive growth over the last four years, having grown by 100%+ each of the last three years. As such, the Manager, Talent Acquisition is a key role within Accolade?s HR organization and will be responsible for managing all experienced recruiting company-wide. This role is a ?player/coach? and will be responsible for leading & executing all talent acquisition activities for experienced hires including identifying and attracting top talent from entry to senior levels. To be successful in this role, the Manager, Talent Acquisition will need to have a balanced skill and experience set of excellent sourcing skills, strong client relationship skills, and a proven track record of delivering recruiting results quickly and consistently across a broad variety of positions, as well as experience leading Talent Acquisition processes, tool &projects and process improvement initiatives.
Lead the experienced recruiting team responsible for external & internal full-cycle recruiting efforts, including university recruitment.
This role is designed to be a ?player/coach? and will also carry a requisition load. Proactively source, recruit, manage offer process, and on-board candidates for assigned requisitions
Develop & execute sourcing strategies for open positions targeting both passive and active candidate pools. Exploit internet, cold calling, posting, referral and other sourcing strategies to ensure Accolade has visibility to the best candidates for each role.
Develop & manage relationships with business leaders and provide talent acquisition counsel and guidance to help them achieve their business objectives. Develop regular rhythm with leaders and hiring managers to manage talent acquisition for their teams.
Develop and manage experienced recruiting processes including job description creation, interview guide development, reference checking, roundtable/offer decision making, hiring manager satisfaction surveys, budget management, etc.
Develop and manage relationships with third party recruitment and staffing agencies, maintaining SLAs.
Lead and manage Accolade employment brand awareness throughout all channels, and continue to build Accolade?s employment value proposition for experienced hires.
Optimize and manage all technology associated with experienced recruiting (ATS, reference checking tool, testing software, etc.)
Utilize internal and external sources to develop competitive intelligence (sourcing methods, hiring practices, salary information, etc.); share intelligence with business leaders and leverage that information to develop candidate pipelines.
Maintain team scorecards to communicate recruiting success and regularly report out on recruiting stats against company hiring needs.
Develop and lead strategic pipelining initiatives that will attract and acquire high quality candidates and build a pipeline for future skill sets and competencies.
Drive process improvements across all of the Talent Acquisition processes, tools & initiatives.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors? Degree and 10+ years of relevant, progressive talent acquisition experience.
3+ year?s talent acquisition management experience.
Demonstrated experience and success in managing client relationships either on a primary or secondary basis.
Deep Talent Acquisition domain expertise.
Demonstrated ability to work as a partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and executives to aggressively grow their teams.
Demonstrated ability to fill positions on time, within budget and with a high degree of client satisfaction.
Extensive experience managing recruiting processes including conducting full lifecycle recruiting, developing job descriptions and behavioral interview guides and creating recruiting processes.
Extensive experience sourcing candidates across the spectrum from entry level through senior positions
Strong knowledge of ATS systems as well as other recruiting tools and techniques.
Experience acting as a consultant or working in a professional services environment preferred.
Blended experience set including staffing or retained agency experience and corporate recruiting experience.
Demonstrated analytical & problem solving skills.
