Description
Proofpoint is seeking a motivated, high-performing and experienced Talent Acquisition Programs and Operations Manager to join its Talent Acquisition team. Our Talent Acquisition Programs and Operations Manager will partner with TA leadership in creating programs to support Proofpoint's growth and take recruiting to the next level. You will oversee programs specific recruitment initiatives, including university recruiting, employee referrals, and the proactive sourcing of passive candidates.
Responsibilities include:
University Recruiting Program:
Lead the university recruiting program across internship and full-time recruiting targeting undergraduate, graduate, and MBA level candidates in to our development and operations groups.
Design and implement strategies to identify, attract, and hire high-quality university talent for internships and entry-level roles
Collaborate with Recruiters, Partners and Business Leaders enhancing their knowledge of university recruiting practices while filling positions
Maintain strong relationships with Career Services, key faculty, administrators, and student groups; help shape degree programs graduating ideal candidates
Recruit and interview interns and new grads and recommend candidates for placement in the organization
Organize and coordinate campus recruiting events
Employee Referral/Internal Transfer Programs:
Manage the employee referral program including promotions and improvements.
Develop and own the internal transfer program and process, and deliver an excellent internal candidate experience.
Staffing Operations:
Lead a team of coordinators to meet the hiring demands
Manage the post selection process (offer through background check and onboarding)
Sustainment of the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo)
Refine recruiting processes with the ATS, update systems and create efficiencies
Manages relationships with Global Talent Acquisition vendors including: Applicant Tracking System, background checks and preferred search firm vendors and managed service providers, job boards, and job fairs
Immigration:
Liaise with outside counsel regarding the immigration process while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Provide a high-level of support to our employees via our relocation and immigration programs.
Key contributor on employment branding, social media, and networking initiatives.
Requirements
3 to 6 yrs experience managing and implementing global talent acquisition programs, such as, university relations, employee referrals, staffing operations, immigration within growing companies.
At least 1 year of leading and managing a diverse team
Bachelor?s degree in HR, business, or equivalent experience
Experience working in a growing or large SaaS company would be a BIG plus
Experience with sustainment of an ATS (Taleo -preferred)
Self-sufficient, and able to work with little direct supervision; must be extremely organized, and able to multi-task
Solid creativity in problem-solving and be resourceful
Strong acumen in building and maintaining vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and managing Service Level Agreements
Ability to build collaborative relationships with leaders and co-workers at all levels
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills required
Ability to travel domestically (if needed)
