We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition / Recruiter ? Interactive Agency to join our Philadelphia, PA area team of professionals. An exciting position with great growth potential, this individual is responsible for the full-life cycle of Talent Acquisition.
Our ideal candidate has experience recruiting Information and Usability Architects, Analysts, .NET Developers & Programmers, Flash Developers & Programmers, Project Managers, Interaction Designers, Art Directors, Account Directors for an interactive/digital agency, at all levels.
BA/BS degree is required;
3+ years of experience working in a HR/Recruiting department for a digital or interactive agency or digital/web/ecommerce/interactive focused employment agency;
Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills;
Must have experience with online job portals;
Excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
Strong organizational skills;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
High Level of Attention to Detail;
Ability to work with diverse individuals and groups;
Ability to maintain high level of organization for self and others;
Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks;
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests;
Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
Must be Customer Service Oriented and Team-Oriented;
High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Recruitment support including internal & external job postings, resume review and sourcing, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, composing offer letters, and preparing new hire orientation packages;
Utilize Web sites, job boards, social networking sites and other Web-based media to recruit potential candidates;
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees;
Work with HR and Managers to develop and execute recruiting plans;
Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives;
Build strong relationships with hiring teams to effectively manage the recruiting process;
Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, placement firms and job posting site account managers;
Maintain EEOC log of all interviews conducted;
Maintain data and distribute reports for open positions, candidate pipeline, pending candidates, offers extended, closed candidate log, and employee referral database;
Perform employment and background checks;
Prepare various HR Reports e.g. Recruitment, Retention, etc.;
Create and maintain of employee personnel files;
Administration of Employee Referral Program.
