Role Overview:
The Recruiting Coordinator will add direct support to the Human Resources Talent Acquisition team. To be successful in this role, the successful candidate will need to have strong organization, communication and follow-through skills.
Responsibilities:
?
Scheduling high volume of interviews between hiring managers, Accolade team members, and prospective candidates
Provide assistance during the hiring and onboarding process including offer letters, background checks, drug screens, I-9 verifications
Assist with onboarding information for new hires
Assist with administration of employee guidelines
Maintain employee personnel files
Manage stock option administration
Accurate entry of data into HR System
Assist with company Benefits communication and administration
Ad hoc reporting
Qualifications:
Two to five years? experience across a multiple of the above responsibilities
Ability to work in a confidential environment
Good communication style; be able to communicate effectively and professionally in writing and verbally to internal and external employees, candidates and clients
Experience in employee relations a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
