The Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist is responsible for leading a range of activities in order to drive the organization towards success. One main focus will be to enhance and maintain NaviNet?s recruiting capabilities. This includes managing vendor relationships, internal and external recruitment processes, attending events and networking opportunities to prospect and source candidates, , and overall management of the NaviNet brand to the job market. This position will use and develop creative methods, including LinkedIn, to connect with passive job seekers, turning them into interested applicants. ln addition to recruitment, the Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist will have influence over and responsibility for a training program, employee relations, and impact across the organization through the HR functions.

Manage the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and quality
Enhance the ?NaviNet Brand? in the job market
Assess the tools and technologies needed to be effective, competitive, and to lead changes in process/methodology
Help develop social networking recruitment strategies.
Actively participate in the recruitment of key staff via active and passive job seekers
Develop and lead training programs applicable across the organization
Lead HR thought development around policies and procedures
Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to enhance the HR function
Collaborate with members of the HR team to ensure company goals are achieved and exceeded
Be the face of recruitment at NaviNet, and work closely with the VP of Human Resources in establishing a world-class HR department to lead a cutting-edge, rapidly growing organization.
The Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist will provide guidance to other members of the HR team and to hiring managers across the organization.
Bachelor?s degree required; PHR/SPHR certification preferred
5-7 years of HR experience required; at least two with a focus in recruitment
Ability to work in the Boston office on a full-time basis
Experience in Healthcare IT preferable, but not required
Flexibility in the ability to tend local industry meet-ups for branding and networking
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage a piece of the HR function that is highly visible to the organization
Experience creating and implementing new ideas within an organization
High level of professional development and polish - able to work directly with senior leadership, inspiring confidence at all levels of the organization.
