Undertone is seeking an experienced and dynamic recruiter to help grow our rapidly expanding team. In this position, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to devise search strategies, proactive outreach to potential candidates, screening talent, effectively communicating Undertone?s value proposition, and managing all steps in the talent acquisition process. Partner with hiring managers to define job qualifications, sourcing strategies, and selection process for open positions.
Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including social media, direct sourcing, networking, and others.
Determine and execute creative methods for discovering talent.
Facilitate an effective, candidate focused process, acting as the candidates? front-line contact through the entire recruiting process.
Effectively assess candidates? qualifications through resume and profile reviews, phone screens and in-person interviews.
Represent Undertone at various networking and hiring functions such as job fairs, information sessions, meet-ups and other events.
Negotiate and present job offers.
Fully and effectively utilize an applicant tracking system and all other technologies that support recruiting process and accurate reporting of success metrics.
Coach and guide participants in the selective process to conduct a thorough, legally compliant screening process.
Act as an advocate for Undertone, describing our culture and answering candidate inquiries.
Facilitate consideration of internal talent for job openings.
Minimum of 2-4 years of sourcing/recruiting experience
Experience recruiting in the advertising, media, or technology industries preferred
Experience hiring in a high-growth environment or managing a high-volume of roles
An articulate communicator with extremely sharp verbal and written skills
Bachelor?s Degree, with major in HR, Communications, Media and/or Psychology a plus
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and superior attention to detail
