Talent Acquisition Specialist Brightside Academy

Ensure company hiring and recruiting strategies are reached, and business needs are supported, through attraction and retention of talent. Primary interface with hiring managers, regional personnel and Human Resources. Design strategic recruiting plans for open positions. Present qualified, prescreened candidates to hiring manager. Provide direction throughout the recruiting process. Understand and manage full lifecycle recruitment including: recruiting, interviewing, coaching, and placing candidates.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

? Develop relationships with Academy personnel, hiring managers, and Senior Management.
? Ensure consistent communication regarding candidate search and status to appropriate business partners through meetings, email, voice mail updates and reports.
? Maintain candidate data within the ATS, including entry of new job postings, candidate feedback and activity status information.
? Emphasize the importance of recruiting a diverse workforce by presenting a diverse slate of candidates.
? Ensure all company practices are in accordance with standard operating processes.
? Meet with hiring managers to set expectations of open positions and hiring process.
? Determine appropriate sourcing strategy for each position.
? Source candidates through cold calling, networking, internet postings, and employee referrals for assigned region.
? Conduct phone and in-person interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring manager.
? Coordinate interviews at all phases of the recruiting process including on-site, off site, after hours and phone interviews.
? Partner with HR Generalist on internal candidate transfers and organizational structure.
? Negotiate and recommend employment offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and HR team.
? Ensure hiring compliance with all Brightside Academy policies, state regulations, and all other regulatory agencies.
? Manage offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generations and offer responses.
? Participate, inspire and energize Talent Acquisition team to accomplish the Brightside Academy purpose, values and business objectives.
? Maintain a positive attitude and lead by example.
? Create a positive enjoyable work environment, maintain confidentiality, encourage trust and loyalty among team, candidates, and employees.
? Articulate clear standards and expectations, ask questions and actively listen, and give timely and effective feedback; invite and engage in productive dialogue, using a variety of communication and leadership skills to engage talent.
All other duties as assigned.
? Associate?s Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred
? 3+ years of recruiting experience preferred
? Experience conducting behavioral interviews and assessment of candidate qualifications
? Understanding of recruiting policies and practices; knowledge of employment law a plus
? Working knowledge of social media relative to the recruitment of candidates preferred
? Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and must be highly organized
? Self-motivated with attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
? Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including a strong telephone presence
? Strong creative, prioritizing, problem-solving, and presentation skills
? Ability to work effectively with limited supervision
? Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
? Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
? Flexible and adaptable
? Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
? Ability to travel on occasion
