POSITION SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter will play an integral role in growing MINDBODY?s pipeline of talent. The selected incumbent will be responsible for the timely delivery of high quality functional or technical professional level candidates for multiple technical positions. This involves the use of strategic sourcing methodologies, business intelligence, internal and external networks, professional organizations, branding initiatives, and technology tools in support of strategic business objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a representative list of the general duties the position may be asked to perform and is not intended to be all-inclusive.
Full life cycle recruiting of technical hires, such as, Software Developers, Product Owners, QA, UX Designers, and Operations Engineers.
Engages with candidates as a single point of contact. Promotes positive company image while effectively communicating and supporting the recruitment flow and activity.
Screens candidates for full understanding of availability, interest levels, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications. Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education, skills, training, fit with organization, and future potential.
Understands the business and workforce requirements for the assigned business units.
Builds strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure hiring requirements are understood, anticipated and met. Provides a consultative approach to his / her business partners.
Tracks and analyzes internal metrics and deliverables. Presents data and solutions, as needed.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Management or Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2 years of talent acquisition experience identifying candidates to meet business needs in fast paced, corporate or agency environment.
6-12 months experience with technology recruitment is preferred.
Prior sales background is a plus.
Skilled in behavioral based interviewing techniques.
Strong negotiation skills and excellent closing skills. Ability to ascertain and communicate the employment value proposition and total reward package in a way that is most meaningful to the respective candidate.
Experience with advanced resume sourcing techniques utilizing LinkedIn, Google, and social networking sites. Maintains knowledge of latest trends utilizing job boards, LinkedIn and social media as sourcing and recruitment strategies to maintain a pipeline of warm leads.
Ability to source diverse candidates at all levels via multiple means including job boards, niche sites, job fairs, professional associations, networking, social media, strategic advertising, etc.
Ensures compliance with established procedures and applicable laws. Knowledge of the H1B Visa Program and relevant immigration laws.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and with HR systems and tools, such as Jobvite and ADP. Consistently updates applicant tracking system in a timely manner.
Must truly be able to multitask and keep organized as this position will consistently work on a high volume of requisitions.
Must be able to work independently, have a positive outlook and excellent work ethic.
Be available to work before/after typical office hours as work may demand.
