Reporting to the Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition, primary responsibilities will include contacting, screening and assisting in the placement of qualified candidates at our client sites.
The ideal candidate would possess inside sales experience, dynamic personality and the ability to build relationships with good communication skills. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be groomed to assist in development and implementation of our recruiting strategies and processes, while working closely with our management team.
Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline. Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews. Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database. Assisting in generating leads from conversations with candidates.
Presenting candidates to our management team applying high quality standards. Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results.
Partner with the Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition to implement creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals.
Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, marketing or customer service environment strongly preferred. Knowledge of or ability to understand technical terminology and concepts. Excellent written and oral (phone) communication skills a MUST. PC literate in Windows environment including MS Office and the internet.
Demonstrate ability to build and maintain strong networks. Self-confidence combined with openness to learning and applying new skills and concepts.

Must possess 2-4 years recruiting experience.
