P2 Energy Solutions seeks a Talent Development/Learning Management System (LMS) Manager! The Talent Development/LMS Manager will lead the learning and development function for the organization to build and maintain a dynamic, state-of-the-art professional learning organization. This position is highly visible within the organization and will make a significant impact in a high tech, growth environment that believes in developing its human capital.
Candidate must be flexible and excited about working in a fast paced, high performance company; have proven communication and organizational skills; and be willing and able to focus on both internal and external customer service to meet business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
MANAGEMENT OF CORPORATE TRAINING
Build and maintain a robust training center by using best practice methodologies and processes for delivery of learning to both employees and clients.
Coach and counsel leaders on management effectiveness and leadership development.
Drive the LMS and its related improvements for internal and external customers.
Establish and evaluate metrics for training effectiveness and ROI.
Provide internal consulting on a range of organization development initiatives.
Influence, persuade and obtain buy-in from key stakeholders.
Exhibit exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Desire to make a difference in the organization and exhibit a strong work ethic.
Work across multiple locations both domestic and international.
Research new training techniques and suggest enhancements to existing training programs.
Survey and catalog existing corporate training material, programs and other resources.
Maintain up-to-date listings of training courses, programs, materials, etc.
Schedule and maintain a calendar of training activities.
Design/develop an overall training plan for the Company, including identifying specific training to meet unfilled needs and training requirements.
Design, develop and manage new training programs and material necessary to meet objectives. Ensure that the training is appropriate for the position and skill level of the trainees.
Monitor, evaluate and review the quality and effectiveness of training programs.
Report results and overall assessment of on-going training activities.
Work effectively with existing trainers to coordinate on-going training activities.
Develop and maintain an effective tracking system for training program participants.

DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT
Create monthly dashboard.
Support the development/revision of internal training programs.
Administer internal product training for cross-functional skill development.
Represent Training at Company Conference (deliver presentations, create kiosk display).
Create and maintain training pricing models.
Systems administration for the training server environments.
Represent Training during New Hire Orientation.
Market Training internally through monthly newsletter, announcements, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
P2 FOUNDATIONS (NEW HIRE TRAINING)
Organize and facilitate Foundations? events.
Provide guidance and ensure presentations from guest instructors are current.
Develop/Update online courses in SumTotal .
Develop and enhance employee onboarding programs to ensure the best introduction to the company and the best training for new staff.
Develop/update industry simulation.
Procure third party training as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
LMS ADMINISTRATION
Manage contract changes (SumTotal, SkillSoft, etc.).
Create/manage user accounts (paying and non-paying clients).
Create/enforce eLearning standards.
Systems Administrator for TotalLMS and TotalLCMS.
Multimedia lab administrator.
Create online courseware for P2 departments upon request.
Create executive summary based on surveys and exam results in SumTotal.
Maintain the SumTotal systems for the Training Center.
Other tasks as assigned.
Skills/Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
Requires at least a bachelor?s degree in a related field. Masters preferred.
At least seven years of experience in the field or a related area.
Proven Learning Management System experience.
Travel:
Up to 50% travel may be required.
