We're looking for an HR leader to drive long-term recruiting success and long-term employee engagement through the creation and management of world class recruiting and employee engagement programs. This position will also be the strategic mind behind the employment brand and positioning of WhitePages as an employer of choice in the high-tech market.
This role moves beyond recruiting through the lifecycle of an employee and will be just as focused on employee engagement and retention as it is on the recruitment element, all with the ultimate goal of maintaining a high performing, engaged workforce. Your expertise in performance management and career development programs will be a key component in building out our strategy.
To be successful in this role you will have a passion for everything tech; be experienced managing and staffing a contingent team of recruiters; have a proven track record of establishing, communicating and improving on key metrics and have a history of raising the bar.
We're looking for a seasoned professional who loves to network and is able to attend industry events up to 4 - 6 times a month, who has stellar written and verbal communication skills, someone who has created and delivered successful recruiting related training, established best practices, key metrics and reporting and is PASSIONATE about what they do and rallies and energizes those around them to exceed goals.
A 4 year degree and 5 or more years as a proven leader is required in this role. Extensive experience with Customer Relationship Management and Applicant Tracking systems required. Previous experience with brand management and measuring ROI on initiatives, along with marketing experience is highly desired.
