What You'll Do
Recruiting:
Input new candidates and referrals who apply outside of our Applicant Tracking System, Jobvite, into our system.
Schedule and coordinate all Boston-based interviews and occasionally help candidates with travel arrangements.
Provide our interview teams with all interview materials prior to the interviews.
Coordinate any HR-related visitors with our Facilities team.
Notify and thank current employees whenever we bring their referrals into the office for a first round interview.
Administer any onsite testing i.e. language tests and survey design tests.
Respond to routine HR questions by employees and candidates.
Send any candidate testing materials to graders and log results.
Assist in the facilitation of any onsite events sponsored by our recruiting team.
Create, compile and mail out offer packages and any onboarding materials necessary.
Identify and prepare parties associate with a new hire i.e. manager and designated onboarding buddy (PAL)for a new hire?s arrival.
Compile onboarding packets for managers of new employees.
Other:
Prepare documents, reports, correspondence and presentation materials quickly, accurately and professionally.
Provide administrative support to the HR organization leader and team members.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, copying, and scheduling appointments.
Provide general administrative assistance in and around the office and assist with company events.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
This is an immediate opening for early 2013.
Must be able to work 24-36 hours a week on-site during normal business hours.
Associate?s degree or Bachelor?s degree in progress or recently completed.
At least one years? experience working in a business environment preferred.
One to two years? experience working in Human Resources department preferred.
Proven customer service/customer driven orientation and positive, friendly attitude.
Excellent interpersonal skills: helpful, professional, and comfortable working closely with others at all job levels.
Expertise in using Microsoft Office software suite required. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus.
Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communications skills; Demonstrated strong written communications skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills. Ability to work with and manage multiple tasks for multiple individuals simultaneously.
Great attention to detail & extreme accuracy.
Must have strong problem solving skills.
Great sense of humor and positive attitude.
