JOB SUMMARY: The Talent Management Specialist (TMS) is responsible for supporting the company?s overall talent management and leadership development strategies. The TMS will plan and execute various talent management programs, including performance management, skills assessments and inventories, career development programs, succession planning, and competency profiling. In addition, the TMS will support learning and development planning and execution. This position may not conduct any activities that require evaluation or interpretation of clinical information.
Planning & Organizing
Education/License/Certification: BA/BS degree in related field High School Diploma or GED required.
5 years minimum prior Talent Management experience, including designing, implementing, evaluating, and supporting programs.
Experience with performance management, succession management, and skills inventory systems, tools and processes.
Experience with Ultipro or similar enterprise HR information system.
Strong relationship management skills, with solution-oriented approaches and strong collaboration with business partners.
Strong group process, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Ability to take ownership of assigned projects and manage resources to achieve project outcomes.
Ability to synthesize and analyze data to inform appropriate solutions and to measure impact.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically to make recommendations and execute assignments.
Identify and implement resources, processes, and tools for talent development needs in alignment with HI?s identified leadership competencies and organizational goals.
Develop and execute Performance Management strategies and programs that ensure individual performance is aligned with corporate goals and objectives.
Gain a keen understanding of key performance metrics across the organization and ensure they are appropriate incorporated in to individual performance planning.
Execute performance management processes throughout the year, including all relevant communications and developing and delivering training as required.
Develop methodologies to test for quality and equitability in process.
Maintain performance management tools and related processes, identifying and implementing opportunities to optimize their use to drive and measure desired performance objectives across organization.
Develop and implement a skills inventory process that measures the abilities, capacities, qualifications, and career goals of HI employees to enable the identification of internal recruitment or promotion. Maintain skills inventory tools, identify and implement opportunities to optimize their use to achieve desired goals.
Develop and validate competency models for all Health Integrated positions. Work collaboratively with TAS to develop candidate success profiles.
Identify and implement leadership and other skills assessment tools to identify and prioritize organizational development needs.
Create a robust succession planning program that aligns talent management with the vision of the company, ensures employees have development opportunities to hone their leadership skills, and guarantees that the organization has a leadership plan in place for success in the future
Support business leaders in developing successors and increasing talent capability and performance in their organizations.
Identify external leadership development and talent management best practices.
Measure effectiveness of leadership development and talent management programs.
Participate in the design, development, and implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies, including the administration of 360 reviews and employee engagement surveys.
