Talent Operations Lead Job Description
The Talent Operations Lead will be responsible for driving, developing and implementing strategies and solutions to support TOA?s Global Talent objectives. Through collaboration with business partners, the VP Global Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and stakeholders, this person will deliver the global process, programs and infrastructure ensuring a consistent and outstanding approach to all recruiting and on boarding efforts for external Candidates, Employees and our Internal customers. Additionally, this person will participate in vendor management to enable more effective achievement of goals and cost optimization. This critical role is crucial to achieving a truly best in class - repeatable and results driven, measurable, talent function.
Act as the champion of the overall Experience ? (Candidate, Employee and Hiring Manager ) consistently.
Evaluate and ensure the effective use of tools / resources / campaigns, reporting, and assist in selection and screening of vendors and sources to attract diverse talent and achieve employer of choice status in the talent market.
Provide understanding and intelligence of internal and external talent landscape, availability and trends ? in conjunction with the VP of Global Talent Acquisition ? HR Business Partners, business leaders, to better prepare for and respond to talent demands.
Responsible for all TA business intelligence, reporting and metrics for internal use and as inputs for internal customers and company operating mechanisms.
Manage operational reporting and dashboards that measure the success of hiring goals and organizational metrics.
Refine and redesign business processes to maximize and improve efficiencies
Train and OB new members of the Talent Acquisition Team, as well as coach existing members to maintain consistent satisfaction across organization and stakeholders.
Manage the employee referral program to guarantee a high touch experience is provided to the candidates, as well as communication being provided to the employees.
Responsible for vendor management communication, as well as creation and management of all SOWs and MSAs, and ensuring proper documentation is provided to Accounting and HR.
Super user of Applicant Tracking System; responsible for configuration improvements and supporting internal employees use of the system.
Creates all Offer Letters, Consulting Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements for new employees and consultants.
Responsible for all document management, and ensuring necessary approvals have been executed before transitioning information to HR Team.
Works with on-boarding facilitators to ensure that TOA?s processes are developing and continue to meet the needs of our new employees.
Communicate regularly with Finance to ensure consistency between headcount, hiring plans, and approvals.
Stays current with laws/regulations affecting Talent Operations issues including recruiting and compensation, and recommends new/revised procedures as appropriate.
Manage 1-2 large scale, organizational projects as well as leading others.
Provide full-cycle recruiting as needed.
Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of progressive recruiting function within a global organization.
Demonstrated track record of successfully developing a strategic roadmap for the talent function in a high-demand, global organization.
Experience with optimizing global programs including contingent workforce, background verifications, employee referrals,
Should be familiar with selection processes and be capable of evaluating effectiveness of current vendors associated with a global talent acquisition function.
Must have a strong capability in driving efficiencies in the use of technologies, process and workflow.
