The Billing Data Entry Team Lead will perform leadership functions related to Billing Order Entry and assist with management of day to day Front-End Billing operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Billing Data Entry Team Lead will be responsible for onboarding and training new employees, mentoring members of the scanning and Data Entry Staff, ensuring quality and accuracy standards are established and met by providing feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member, assisting with establishment of procedures and processes, and contribute ideas and suggestions to help the department achieve best practices.
Experience and Skills:
Previous Atherotech Data Entry Experience preferred.
Technical Skills Required:
Basic scanning system knowledge, understanding of Seacoast Laboratory Accounts Receivable System Data Entry, Intermediate MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
Must work well in a team environment; must display professional behavior and a pleasant demeanor; must have the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with different levels of the organization.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Must be able to sit at a desk and use computer/phone for long periods of time; able to lift/carry a min of 25 lbs. on infrequent basis; some standing and walking is required.
Must work well in a team environment; possess excellent decision making skills; be capable of establishing priorities in a fast-paced environment; must organize time effectively to perform necessary daily tasks; must have the analytical ability to detect and solve problems.
