Team Leader (contractor) for the Emea Channel Partners recruitment campaign â€" Not a Labor contract

Department: EMEA Channels

Location: Germany Infor office (Düsseldorf or Hannover)

Territory Covered: Germany â€" Switzerland - Austria

Travels: None or rare

Reports to: Channels Operations RVP Emea

Main Internal Contacts: Channel RVP, Channel Managers, Marketing, Global Channel & Alliances

Main External Contacts: Partners and candidates, Consulting agencies

This position is contracted until the end of Infor Fiscal year (May 2013)

Desired Skills & Experience

• Contractor issued from a class 1 business school
• Oral and written communication skills
• Language skills (fluent English and German, one of them to near native standard â€" others a plus)
• Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
• Basic industry knowledge + preferentially understanding of Infor business + ideally understanding of channel business + IT Culture
• Ability to communicate and convince over phone contacts
• Rigorous and Detail / Process- minded
• Ability to execute
• Focus on target with time constraints

Main Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:

• Revitalization of the pipeline, requalification of the candidate partners across the region
• Recalling regularly the candidates, ensuring timeline for signature of the candidates as Channel Partners
• Coordination of the steps-to-contract: first meeting, report, due diligence on the software (Webinars, live demos, seminar...)
• Reporting the pipeline to Channel RVP and to Operations Channel RVP
• Preparation of the roadshows
• Execution of the roadshows in the different countries along with marketing and Channel Managers
• Getting Contract issued and signed by the Net New Partners
• Ability to solve any issue and to organize the minutes of meetings and committee reports
