The Team Leader role will be responsible for leading and training a team of sales consultants while maintaining individual sales quotas.
Clearly communicate information about the company to authors and other individuals.
Exceed personal sales quotas.
Drive excellent customer service by example.
Drive effective sales culture through modeling appropriate ASI behavior.
Effectively lead sales team by coaching and mentoring team members.
Establish and communicate daily, weekly and monthly goals to Sales Team and tactics to help achieve the goals.
Assist customers in finding the right products to fit their needs and goals.
Execute Corporate Initiatives at a high level of efficiency and effectiveness.
High school diploma required. Community College or University degree preferred
Must have at least two years? experience.
Superior knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook e-mail, Internet use, and typing skills at 50 WPM
Sufficient manual and digital dexterity to work with a computer keyboard , mouse and monitor, phone pad
May need to lift mail bins and or boxes weighing about 20-30 pounds and carry down stairs.

9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. core schedule with frequent flexibility for start and ending times and overtime may be required
