Telerik is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Waltham, MA. As an integral part of the TeamPulse division, the Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Associates who are the customers' first connection to the company. This team carries the responsibility of introducing potential customers to the company product portfolio and guiding them through their purchasing inquiries. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the efficient and effective direct management of the sales team as well as working closely with all internal stakeholders (software developers, product managers, and support consultants) to ensure that all customer feedback, praises, and challenges are routed and resolved in the most professional manner.

? Served as the Player Coach on the sales team ? provided leadership to team members, showed them how to manage and close deals more effectively
? Managed and cultivated key target accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets
? Defined and improved a product based sales processes through the use of funnel reporting and analysis
? Actively solicited customer feedback and worked with Product Management to communicate customer needs, enhancements, and priorities
You will be the person who has:
? BA/BS degree in business or related field
? Minimum 2 years? experience in software sales
? Minimum 2 years? experience managing a sales team
? Preferred experience in managing high volume of sales leads
? Strong business analytical skills
? Extremely organized and highly motivated
? Excellent verbal/written communication skills including presentations
