If this sounds like you, then continue to read on!The Telerik team is growing and we are currently looking for a TeamPulse Solutions Consultant to join our team in Waltham, MA. The responsibility of the Solutions Consultant is to identify potential leads and customer?s needs and business objectives while demonstrating how TeamPulse can map to these requirements. Work within the sales team as the technical resource and SME during sales cycle.
If you were a part of our team, here are some things you would have done last week as a Solutions Consultant:
? Created customized product demonstrations for prospective customers
? Provided technical support to the sales team and customers throughout the sales cycle
? Identified customers? technical challenges and needs in order to design a customized selling strategy
? Worked with clients to identify problems and suggested appropriate corrective measures
? Responded to requests for proposals and requests for information from prospects & customers
? Developed internal presentations for key stakeholders and senior executives
? Provided customers with up to date information about the product, pricing and licensing model
? Researched competing products and provided competitor analysis reports to the marketing and development teams
? Conducted special, release and weekly walkthrough webinars
? Generated, qualified, managed, and closed sales deals
? Assisted clients with product support inquiries, installation assistance
? Created product vides, blog post or KB article
You will be the person who has/is (a/an):
? Degree in Computer Science and/or Business Administrations or related field
? Exceptional troubleshooting and customer-handling skills
? Knowledge of Microsoft .NET Technologies, programming skills a plus (HTML, ASP.NET, C#, ASP, VB.NET)
? Knowledge of Team Foundation Server (2008, 2010, 2012) and Visual Studio
? Knowledge of SQL server (2008, 2012)
? Prior experience with development methodologies and frameworks (Agile, SCRUM, CMMI, Kanban, etc.)
? Previous background in a technical customer-oriented position is required
? Outstanding presentations skills and experience in the delivery of complex technical and sales oriented presentations
? Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
? Knowledge of screen video capturing utilities (producing product videos)
? Scrum.org and/or Agile Alliance certifications (CSM, CSP, CPO) a plus
