The Technical Director of Professional Services will be responsible for Quantum Secure?s product deployment, product customization, project management, and technical support while ensuring customer success. This is a very strategic and senior level position in the company.
You will be empowered to drive our client implementations and support with the goal of both maximizing the efficient use of resources and client satisfaction by providing Awesome Customer Experience throughout the customer?s lifecycle. The right candidate must be passionate about customer satisfaction but understand how to balance customer needs. You will be able to clearly articulate client needs internally, and represent the company professionally externally. You will be responsible for the smooth and effective development and deployment of multiple concurrent projects, growing the professional services backbone of a software company (on / off shore) that interacts with a highly dynamic and demanding market.

Responsibilities
Provide leadership and management of the Quantum Secure?s Solutions Architecture and Delivery team that is comprised of solutions architects, solutions engineers, product installation services, and project management teams located in the USA, UK and India.
Develop the Company?s technical services strategy and operational plan. Execute, analyze, appraise regularly, and systematically evaluate the effectiveness of the plan to ensure results are achieved. Drive corrective action where necessary.
Provide project management leadership around all engagements with a focus on maintaining profitability of the engagement while also delivering to customer satisfaction.
Prevent projects from being at risk of customer dissatisfaction and or profit leaks. Engage immediately and personally in any project that shows risks related to customer dissatisfaction, extending beyond schedule or failing to meet financial and operational targets.
Tightly manage and coordinate resources to ensure delivery expectations are managed with clients and our internal departments and stakeholders.
Manage third-party partner certifications and contracts and provide resource oversight during project delivery.
Collaborate with the Company?s functional departments to ensure strategy, resource allocation and implementation plans are aligned to drive short and long term achievement of services objectives.

Hire, develop, and motivate a high performance services team. Develop and effectively implement an organizational structure, work processes, people systems and culture that ensure achievement of both short and long term business objectives.
Qualifications
Must have a background in a client-facing role at a large consulting firm, an enterprise software firm, or a large agency software firm.
Bachelor?s or Master?s degree from a 4 year university. Computer Science or technical degree is preferred. MBA is a plus.
We are working with very sophisticated technology, which requires a proficiency in technologies of enterprise Windows .net Server based applications and integration technologies such as ASP.net, C#, HTML, JavaScript, MSMQ, IIS etc. coupled with very strong knowledge of database servers like MS SQL and Oracle.
Proven experience in delivering enterprise solutions for large scale rollouts based on Windows Server technologies. Understanding of distributed application and database architectures for performance and security a plus.
Proven experience in leading delivery teams through multiple phases of solution deployment ? internal and customer deliveries ? from conception, architecture & design, infrastructure planning, development, migration and integration, user acceptance to rollout.
Delivery experience on one or more enterprise software platforms is desired.
Proven skill in driving the requirements process, authoring polished deliverables, and defining customer solutions that work.
Superlative written and verbal communication skills.
Desire and ability to learn quickly, take professional risks, and operate in fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
