Responsys is seeking talented professionals who thrive in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment and want to constantly improve the level and quality of service provided to our clients. The Solutions Architect will be responsible and accountable for the implementation success of client solutions in our enterprise class Cross Channel Campaign Management platform offered in SaaS model. This person must have a passion for solving complex and interesting problems in the area of distributed computing, high volume transaction processing (> 150 Million transactions per day) and large scale system design.
As a Solutions Architect you are expected to work directly with Responsys Enterprise Clients and build/maintain the technology relationship. You will work with our clients to uncover business needs and objectives and help leverage the Responsys Interact platform to help achieve implementation success. You will also be responsible for coordinating delivery of multiple products/services to client and for the overall architecture of such client solutions.
You are also expected to drive the project implementation success by working closely with the implementation team in Engineering and Services. You will lead all full cycle data integration projects, engage various support teams within the company, and help influence product direction by working closely with the Product Management team by providing use cases, functional requirements and implementation strategy for current clients.
Strong Internet technology background with experience working on high volume transaction systems in a SaaS platform
Ability to understand and satisfy marketing requirements through effective solutions that leverage existing applications or drive new app development.
Capable of creating/implementing high level systems designs and process.
Proven project and cross functional management skills
Strong interpersonal, written communication and client-facing skills
Proven analytical/logical thinking and detail oriented
Team player/shares knowledge
A proven track record in working with large client relations (Fortune 500, institutional preferred) - client references a strong positive.
Data Management skills a huge plus.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems or similar field of study.
