Overview:
Everyday Health is always on the lookout for top talent to join our growing company. Human Resources is looking for a self-motivated Tech Recruiter to aid in our search for top talent.
Responsibilities:
Full-life cycle recruiting
Proactively and creatively source candidates through various outlets or methods
Continuously build a pipeline of qualified candidates and maintain a local network of talent
Successfully track recruitment metrics, especially any activity on social networks
Championing and facilitating the implementation of HR and/or Recruiting initiatives
Qualifications:
4 -9 years of high-volume IT recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment
Experience with sourcing candidates through social networking, as well as Boolean and Google searches
Effective project management experience
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
Very strong communications skills
Extremely focused and passionate about technology
