Description Summary:
Responsible for providing logistical and administrative support to the Customer Service and Technical Support teams to ensure efficient and accurate resolution of issues relating to product returns, product repairs/replacements, data assembly and reporting, data entry/correction, documentation preparation and updates.
Primary Responsibilities:
1) Assist Technical Support Representatives as they work with Dealers, OEMs and Aircraft Owners-Operators (Customers) to resolve product issues such as returns, repairs, or replacements.
2) Assist Customer Service Representatives as they work with Customers to setup or modify accounts, or resolve billing issues,
3) Assist TSRs and CSRs in the research and preparation of data or reports for various internal customers.
Other Responsibilities:
1) Assist with or perform other departmental tasks or projects as needed, such as: data entry/validation, preparation or updating of documents and workflows. etc.
2) Travel ? No travel required
Skills and Abilities:
? Effective and professional business manner, able to work with a wide variety of people to successfully resolve issues.
? Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
? Computer literacy with all MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Effectively manage and make progress on a large number of tasks.
? Respond to rapidly changing priorities.
? Work effectively throughout the facility to obtain information from other departments, which requires a significant amount of out-of-cube time each day.
Qualifications:
? High School graduate or GED
? 2-3 years of computer experience (MS Office a must. ERP experience helpful)
