Technical Support & Business Analyst
We are seeking a Technical Support & Business Analyst to provide secondary support and define requirements for our products.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a young professional with strong communication and technical problem-solving skills to grow their experience at an exciting startup!
--Work with executives to decompose high-level business requirements into functional requirements
--Manages requirements traceability information; tracks requirements status throughout the project
--Efficiently respond to user support tickets
--Build FAQs and How-To's for self service
--Provide metrics on support trends
We seek an outstanding talent who will bring academic depth and personal qualities well suited for the challenge.
The candidate should have a minimum of two years of professional experience, a bachelor's degree and strong written communications skills. He/she should be a regular social network user and a smartphone zealot.
