Our Tech Support Ninja is a creative problem solver who isn?t afraid to change the question in search of the right answer. Working on the Web Development team and closely with our CSRs, a typical day might include investigating internal support requests, conducting research on emerging technologies, and solving the world?s problems.
You will, among other things:
? troubleshoot, triage, and investigate internal support requests.
? develop or use deep expertise in multiple areas including databases, data mining, and data parsing.
? conduct research on emerging technologies and propose changes to key stakeholders.
You must:
? have at least one year experience in a technical support role involving Linux.
? have experience (or the desire to learn) Java and related web technologies including JSP, AJAX, Struts and XHTML/CSS/JavaScript.
? be a creative, innovative thinker with a proven track record of turning insight into action.
? utilize excellent verbal and written English skills.
? grasp complex software applications and learn quickly, often figuring it out or learning on your own.
? have the ability to work equally well in self-managed and team-based projects.
? have an awesome sense of humor.
