How You Will Add Value:
Provide pre-sales technical and functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction, with minimal supervision
Present and articulate the capabilities and values of Bytemobile product, demonstrating excellent sales ability and consulting skills
Team with a Sales Account Director to provide presentations and demonstrations for target audiences, with a technical focus or with a higher-level focus for marketing, business and senior management
What You Will Own:
Proactively support an opportunity pipeline to drive potential opportunities through the sales process from initial customer meetings to closure
In a team environment, collaborate in the development of innovative, tailored solutions for clients and prospects, including end-to-end solution architecture and design
Gather the client data required to effectively tailor a solution
Handle direct account and partner responsibilities for selected accounts in assigned territory
Architect a solution that is the optimum combination of hardware, software and services to meet the prospect's program and technical needs
Configure complex, customer-specific hardware and software solutions, including traffic model analysis and solution and system design for supported capacity and functional models
Play a key role in bid and proposal development and present the solution to the prospect; assist with technical components during contract negotiations
Provide specific solutions, technology and product consulting, and technical and sales support for accounts in assigned territory, including aspects of program and project management not covered by other teams
Maintain long-term account relationships, continuing to advise the client and identify additional opportunities; maintain and manage a sales pipeline and forecasts against regional goals
Acquire and maintain competitive knowledge, including solution, technology and product offerings

What You Will Bring:
Education
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent experience, preferably in engineering or computer science
Years of Experience Required
5-plus years' industry experience working as an equipment vendor, with a proven track record of taking complex engineering concepts and maturing products and supporting these products through to commercial deployment
5-plus years' pre-sales experience interacting with customers in business development, Technical Account Manager and/or pre-sales technical account management roles for commercial deployment of network equipment
Minimum 5 years in infrastructure engineering and solution architect roles
Experience and Skills
Proven track record of successful sales support activity
Strong organizational and time management skills
Customer focus and ability to manage and resolve complex technical issues
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to interface with senior and C levels of an organization
Ability to multitask and work independently toward stated business goals
Understanding of solution selling and the various ways to deliver a solution; ability to anticipate what will work best for a given client
Experience in reviewing and providing feedback on customer requirements in the formulation of engineering requirements documents
Aggressive, "can-do" attitude, with proven ability to work independently and remotely
Entrepreneurial skills
Experience working for small, privately held companies a definite plus
Technical Skills Required
Experience with IP networking infrastructure technologies in all arenas
Direct, fluent experience in at least two ? and ideally three ? of the following areas:
Web and video streaming and video-on-demand technologies and protocols
CDMA wireless data networks and equipment (PDSN/HA) or GSM/LTE wireless data networks and equipment (SGSN/SGW and GGSN/PGW for UMTS/HSPA/UTRAN)
Diameter protocols and 4G LTE networks ? specifically in the control and signaling layer, involving PCRF and PCEF interactions and traffic management and control
Will You Travel?
Intermittent travel can occur at any time in this position, to meet customer-facing goals and account objectives
Typical travel is 25%+ of time; may be less depending on assigned customer account activity
